i've heard just over half of your list, and with the exception of that st vincent song--i just don't get her--that's some good shit. dunno if i ever shared my enthusiasm for "help i'm alive" with you

If I had started off thinking of St. V in the context of Grizzly Bear and A. Bird, which is perhaps appropriate, I might not like her, but I've always thought of her more as a lost mid 90s 4AD act.

Yes, after listening to her, I find I'm in the mood to listen to some Breeders or Belly. Your pick is my favorite track on the album.
